June 20-22, 2016
Montreal, QC

Welcome to the First International Summit on Biomarkers and Therapeutic Advances in Radiation Oncology, to be held in Montreal, Monday, June 20 to Wednesday 22, 2016.

The 2016 summit has been planned to highlight the examples of integrating the current paradigm shift in radiobiology into a multidisciplinary approach in radiation oncology research and clinical practice. There are unmet needs in our field and major gaps between our practice and wealth of knowledge in translational cancer biology. Featuring the Molecular and Clinical Radiobiology Workshop (MCRW) as a pre-conference educational course on June 20th, our International Summit in Radiation Oncology (ISRO) will focus this year on biomarkers and therapeutic advances in radiation oncology.

The program will encompass a spectrum of sessions, which includes: DNA damage and repair, biomarkers and radiation resistance, rapid Learning, and precision radiotherapeutics in Radiation Oncology, and a special session on clinical trials and innovation in Radiation Oncology.

The summit is anticipating to bring together 150 clinicians and scientists from around the globe to participate in this joint scientific meeting including plenary sessions, keynote speeches, oral presentations and posters and a thrilling networking dinner reception on Wednesday, June 22nd, in the Atrium of the Center for Translational Biology.

The traditional June 24th Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day a special Quebec holiday in Montreal, celebrated with parades and several concerts during the weekend. This will give you an excellent opportunity to extend your stay to visit and enjoy Montreal, the 2nd largest city in Canada.

Do not miss out this unique opportunity to present in a highly anticipated international event, network with distinguished international speakers in the field of radiation oncology, radiobiology, and medical physics, foster new collaborations with other participants and earn CME credits.

We look forward to seeing you at the ISRO2016 and wish you a pleasant stay in Montreal!
